By accessing this website, purchasing services, or submitting information, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Gaurnet provides career consulting, resume optimization, LinkedIn positioning, strategic advisory services, and may in the future provide curated job promotion or talent-related services.

Gaurnet is not an employer, staffing agency, or recruitment firm unless explicitly stated in writing. Gaurnet does not guarantee interviews, job offers, compensation levels, or employment outcomes.

All services are advisory and strategic in nature.

2. How Our Services Work

Resume & LinkedIn Services

After purchase:

  1. You will receive access to an intake form.

  2. You must submit all required materials.

  3. Turnaround begins once all required materials are received.

  4. Delivery occurs within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Resume Deep Repositioning includes one minor refinement round. Basic services do not include revision rounds.

Gaurnet Guarantee Strategy Session

After purchase:

  1. You will receive a scheduling link.

  2. You must complete a pre-session intake form.

  3. A 90-minute virtual strategy session will be conducted.

  4. A follow-up action plan summary will be provided.

  5. A 14-day accountability check-in is included.

This service provides strategic guidance only and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and consulting-based nature of Gaurnet’s services, all sales are generally final.

However:

  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase AND work has not begun, a refund may be issued at Gaurnet’s discretion.

  • Once work has begun, including review, drafting, preparation, or strategic analysis, refunds are not available.

  • Strategy sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refund decisions are made at Gaurnet’s sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Submit materials promptly.

  • Understand that employment outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

  • Use delivered materials ethically and responsibly.

5. Intellectual Property & Site Content

Unless otherwise stated, all contents of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, downloads, PDFs, frameworks, and their arrangement, are the property of Gaurnet and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

Gaurnet allows visitors to read, print, or download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Reprint

  • Modify

  • Republish

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

  • Commercially exploit

any content without prior written permission.

Articles authored by Gaurnet and published by third parties remain subject to Gaurnet’s intellectual property rights and applicable publisher terms.

6. Trademarks

All trademarks on this website, including but not limited to “Gaurnet” and “Gaurnet Consulting,” are the property of their respective owners and may only be used with written permission.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Proprietary Tools & Internal AI Development

Gaurnet may develop and utilize proprietary tools, structured advisory frameworks, prompt libraries, and internally deployed artificial intelligence systems (“Proprietary Tools”) to enhance service delivery.

By using Gaurnet’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Gaurnet may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified client data to improve internal methodologies and Proprietary Tools.

  • Personal identifying information will not be used to train public third-party AI systems without explicit consent.

  • Insights, patterns, and learnings derived from consulting engagements may be incorporated into Gaurnet’s internal systems and frameworks.

All Proprietary Tools remain the exclusive intellectual property of Gaurnet.

Clients are granted access to deliverables for personal use only and may not replicate, reverse engineer, or commercialize Gaurnet’s systems.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Gaurnet provides career consulting services to assist clients in job search and professional development.

Gaurnet does not guarantee:

  • Interviews

  • Job offers

  • Salary levels

  • Promotions

  • Career advancement

Success depends on client effort, qualifications, and market conditions beyond Gaurnet’s control.

9. Data Use, Business Transfers & Acquisition

Gaurnet may use collected information for legitimate business purposes, including analytics, service development, marketing, and future platform expansion.

In the event of:

  • A merger

  • Acquisition

  • Sale of assets

  • Investment transaction

  • Corporate restructuring

  • Business transition

User information, including resume data and account information, may be transferred as part of that transaction.

By using Gaurnet’s services, you consent to such transfer, provided that the successor entity agrees to honor materially similar privacy protections.

Gaurnet reserves the right to leverage anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data for business, analytics, and strategic purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gaurnet is not liable for:

  • Employer hiring decisions

  • Rejections

  • Third-party actions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

12. Updates to Terms

Gaurnet may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
